How Freight Consolidation Works

Step 1 — Destination Delivery Labels

Final destination delivery labels for each domestic Consignee are prepared and attached at the shipment’s point of origin, eliminating the need to sort or store the goods in the US.

Step 2 — Shipment Pick Up

Pre-labeled shipments, whether freight or individual packages, are picked up and consolidated into one shipment. Handling is streamlined and there is no need for additional carriers.

Step 3 — Clearing Customs

After the shipment crosses the border, the entire shipment is cleared through customs “as one” to minimize clearance fees.

Step 4 — SWIFTTRACKR Delivery Network

Once in the US, packages are deconsolidated and dropped straight into the SWIFTTRACKR domestic delivery network. Because there’s no need for a DC, costs and time are saved.
